Customer's decision making has definitely changed the past years with the genesis of the digital era.
We are now more mobile meaning we are decidign more than one things on the go. However the way a customer is experiencing his or her stay had to change as well. Marketers and hoteliers had to adapt. Customers base their decisions on reviews written by previsous customers of the site. Professionals from the industry must take this in consideration and expand their potential customers set because through sharing experience there are a lot more clients that can be targetted.
